Tenderfoot
Although this poster is technically for a play, the design is heavily inspired by vintage Italian film posters. Fully hand-illustrated in Photoshop.

Moonrise Kingdom
Commissioned custom poster for Wes Anderson's beautiful 2012 flick, Moonrise Kingdom. Fun here to play with more of a graphic approach with the simplistic design. Created digitally inside of Photoshop.

The Godfather
A new design for Coppola's iconic The Godfather, with a focus on the themes of heritage and legacy (featuring the village of Corleone contrasted with New York City and Michael living under the shadow of his father).

Star Wars: The Clone Wars
I created this poster digitally inside of Photoshop, limiting myself to one brush (apart from spatters). The piece was created over the course of a week or so, imagining characters from the animated series brought to life in live action.

Christopher Robin
This was an interesting commission as I usually specialise in character art, but the design we settled on for this was mostly landscape...nonetheless a good experiment and I think a striking image at the very least.

Zombies, Trains & Automobiles
A fun project for which I was asked to create an illustrated concept poster. The film had not yet been cast so couldn't feature any actors but still had to convey a sense of the themes and plot.

Shift
A trilogy of posters I created in August 2017 for my short film, 'Shift'. Inspired by '70s and '80s imagery, I used stills from the film that represented the three genres it combines (drama, sci-fi and horror) and advertised the film's themes and protagonist.
ALTERNATIVE POSTERS
The lefthand poster was created for the Kickstarter campaign before casting. Therefore it couldn't feature any of the film's characters so I instead hinted at the film's twist with a car's broken back window, keeping it simple with just the title and the intended release of 2017. The photography is of course my own. The righthand image is the hand-drawn pencil sketch for a painted poster that turned out to be unnecessary and was eventually unused except for its inclusion in a limited edition photo book.
Material Girl
A quick one day job recreating the classic poster from Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho' for my black comedy, 'Material Girl', which can be seen in Short Films.
