An art project focusing on the idea of gender roles and a society in which women are expected to go to great lengths to do things they need to but don't want to while men get in their way doing what they want, and with no consequence. The contortionist element plays with the notion of 'bending over backwards' for someone.
This series was shot in one day in January 2019.

Alternate Black and White Series
Alternate edits; I preferred the black and white for the more sinister 'head pushing' image but opted for colour as I didn't want to lose the Suffragette colour scheme in the first image or the violent addition of the red light and tie in the second.
