Shift

I wrote Shift in January 2017 then crowdfunded it on Kickstarter, reaching double the requested budget before shooting in the summer of that year. It was my first experience with a budget and a professional cast, also juggling many crew jobs at the same time as directing.

Shift is a psychodrama thriller about Cassidy, a teenage boy who experiences intense visions, 'shifts' in reality. As the story unfolds itself, it becomes all too clear that reality, however, is far from what it seems to be...
